Nine firms join SMMT in July, from Baidu Apollo to the AVI
SMMT announced new members joining in July, gaining access to market data services and promotional resources.
SMMT's July intake spans nine new members, from an autonomous-driving specialist to an automotive installers' trade body. It's a membership list, nothing more.
The July cohort includes Baidu Apollo International UK Limited, Burgess Consulting, H-ONE Co. Ltd, IMIG UK LTD, Importmyvehicle.com Ltd, MacDermid Performance Solutions UK Limited, Page-Roberts Automotive, the Association of Vehicle Installers (AVI), and UGX Systems Pvt Ltd. New members get a 10% discount on standard Industry Forum prices, a modest but real perk for anyone running supplier training or process-improvement work through that channel. Why this matters: Fleet buyers dealing with any of these firms, particularly AVI on installer standards or Baidu Apollo on autonomous tech, now know those suppliers sit inside SMMT's membership.
