London, 16 October 2026: VCHRGD has agreed an exclusive partnership with Carwow Leasey to provide home EV charging for customers taking an electric car through its leasing and salary sacrifice proposition.

The partnership will give eligible customers access to discounted home charger installation packages through a dedicated, co-branded customer journey. The arrangement brings home charging support into the vehicle selection and leasing journey, helping drivers prepare for everyday life with an electric car.

For employers and salary sacrifice providers, access to home charging is an important part of supporting employees who are considering an EV. Questions about choosing a charger, installation requirements and ongoing support can all influence a driver’s confidence in making the switch.

The partnership provides a clear route from initial enquiry through to installation and aftercare, giving customers access to specialist advice alongside their vehicle arrangements.

Customers will complete a remote home survey to establish their charger and installation requirements, with VCHRGD responsible for delivering a seamless EV order to charging-ready process.

Fraser Koefman, commercial director at VCHRGD, said: “For someone choosing their first electric car through lease or salary sacrifice, home charging is often one of the first practical questions. They want to know which charger to choose, how installation works and who will help them if they need support.

“Our partnership with Carwow Leasey brings those elements together through a straightforward customer journey. We want drivers to feel confident about charging at home, with dependable technology and people they can speak to before, during and after installation.”

VCHRGD’s home charging technology combines app-based charging controls with built-in safety features and affordable smart tariff integration. Customers can monitor and schedule charging through the VCHRGD app, while solar integration enables compatible homes to use solar generation to charge their vehicle.

The company’s UK-based support team provides help with charging and technical questions, supporting customers as they get familiar with their charger and its day-to-day operation.

Alex Powel, Leasing Director at Carwow Leasey, said: “Choosing an electric car should come with clear, practical support for using it. Home charging is a significant part of that experience for customers who have suitable parking, and we want to make arranging it as straightforward and affordable as possible.

“Working with VCHRGD gives all our customers, from salary sacrifice to personal and business lease, access to a dedicated charging offer, with a clear installation process and ongoing support. It adds another useful service to our proposition and helps customers plan for their new car.”

Founded in 2021, UK-based VCHRGD works with partners across the automotive, fleet, electrical and energy sectors to make EV charging easier to specify, install and use.

Eligible Carwow Leasey customers will receive private access links allowing them to explore the offer and begin their home installation process.
