Payload is as the manufacturer states it for that exact body and weight rating. A heavier trim or options reduce it. Versions plated at 4,250kg (marked 4.25t) carry more and often go further because they are heavier; a car (category B) licence covers zero-emission vans up to 4,250kg, petrol, diesel and hybrid vans up to 3,500kg (GOV.UK). Each version is a typical fleet specification; every figure links to its manufacturer source on the van's own page. A dash means we have not verified that figure yet, and a van with an unverified payload figure is not on this list until we have. The list updates itself as we add and re-check vans.
