Every electric van on sale in the UK that we have verified carrying a payload of 1,000kg or more: 48 versions, across 22 models. The highest payload is the Ford E-Transit DCiV Trend 425L LWB / L3 H2 Standard Range 68kWh 135kW/184PS RWD, at 1,489kg. The top three are the Ford Transit L3H2 (1,489kg), the Fiat Ducato L3H2 (1,480kg) and the Vauxhall Movano L3H2 (1,480kg).

About these figures

Payload is as the manufacturer states it for that exact body and weight rating. A heavier trim or options reduce it. Versions plated at 4,250kg (marked 4.25t) carry more and often go further because they are heavier; a car (category B) licence covers zero-emission vans up to 4,250kg, petrol, diesel and hybrid vans up to 3,500kg (GOV.UK). Each version is a typical fleet specification; every figure links to its manufacturer source on the van's own page. A dash means we have not verified that figure yet, and a van with an unverified payload figure is not on this list until we have. The list updates itself as we add and re-check vans.
