Chevin points to its own scale. FleetWave, which took Business Car's Best Fleet Management Software 2025 award, is used to manage more than a million vehicles and assets globally, Chevin says, with clients ranging from West Midlands Ambulance Service to Cox Enterprises and the State of Connecticut. It's priced on a per-vehicle, per-month subscription basis, and integrates with fuel management, GPS tracking, ERP, CRM and telematics systems - the kind of plumbing that matters far more once you're two years in than on day one.
