Culina Group has said it is bringing together subsidiaries including Stobart, Great Bear and Fowler Welch under a single name, Culina, as it moves to create one fully integrated organisation, Motor Transport reported.

The brand change also extends to IPS, Culina Logistics, Warrens, CML, Stobart Europe, IRF and iForce. The Pallet Network, Stobart EU Automotive and Eventor will retain their existing identities, according to Culina.

Culina said the unified identity would better reflect its scale and expertise and make it easier for customers to access all the services available across the business. The group added that it will operate through five specialist divisions: Chilled & Fresh Logistics, Contract Logistics, Transport Logistics, Integrated Packing Services and International Logistics.

Liam McElroy, CEO of Culina, said the rebrand reinforces the company's position as the UK's leading privately owned logistics and supply chain partner.

Culina said the transition to the new brand will take place progressively, with increasing visibility across sites, vehicles, digital platforms and communications.
