Facelifted Hyundai IONIQ 6 UK prices start at £33,240 with Electric Car Grant
Orders are open now for the electric saloon's realigned Premium, N Line and N Line Evo line-up, with UK deliveries in early 2027. Hyundai says the Premium RWD and N Line RWD versions qualify for the £3,750 grant, and every version uses an 84kWh battery.

Hyundai Motor UK has announced UK pricing and specifications for the facelifted IONIQ 6. The car is available to order now, with deliveries due in early 2027. The trim line-up has been realigned to Premium, N Line and N Line Evo, all with an 84kWh battery and a choice of 229PS rear-wheel drive or 325PS all-wheel drive. The Premium is listed in RWD form only.
Hyundai says the Premium RWD and N Line RWD are eligible for the £3,750 Electric Car Grant, putting their on-the-road prices at £33,240 and £36,240 respectively, including the grant. Prices without the grant are £43,490 for the N Line 325PS AWD, £43,270 for the N Line Evo 229PS RWD and £46,770 for the N Line Evo 325PS AWD. Pearl and metallic paint costs £750 and matte paint £1,250. Ultimate Red is free of charge.
Range varies by version. Hyundai quotes the Premium RWD on 18-inch wheels at up to 422 miles, with 4.6 miles/kWh efficiency and 0-62mph in 7.4 seconds. The N Line and N Line Evo RWD are quoted at up to 364 miles. The 325PS AWD versions are quoted at up to 354 miles and do 0-62mph in 5.1 seconds.
The car keeps an 800V architecture. Hyundai estimates a 10-80% charge takes 18 minutes on a 350kW charger and 1h 20 mins at 50kW, and a full 0-100% charge takes 7h 35mins on an 11kW AC supply.
ElectricDrives reports that the Premium RWD's pre-grant price is £36,990. The publication says this is £10 below the £37,000 RRP cap that cars must stay under to qualify for the grant, and argues that Hyundai priced the car deliberately to meet that limit. It also calculates that the grant-inclusive £33,240 is around £13,500 less than the pre-facelift car, which it says started at over £46,000.
Every version comes with a five-year unlimited-mileage warranty and an 8-year/100,000-mile high-voltage battery warranty.
Ashley Andrew, President of Hyundai & Genesis UK, said: "Enhanced specification and realigned pricing strengthen its appeal for customers seeking style, technology and value. The addition of the Government’s Electric Car Grant to IONIQ 6 makes this compelling package even more accessible."
