DfT consults on defining 2030 combustion phase-out until October 2026

Part 5 is different - reserved to the UK Parliament alone - and it's the one that actually sets out options for defining the 2030 phase-out of cars running solely on internal combustion engines. Why this matters: Fleets running order cycles into 2027 and beyond are effectively procuring against a moving target until this closes.
