UK Van of the Year Awards 2027: Industry Award shortlists announced
Leasing, rental and remarketing companies, converters, telematics suppliers and van dealers are among the shortlisted businesses in the inaugural awards, including Alphabet, Ayvens, Northgate, BCA, Bott and Chevin. Winners will be named at the Royal Lancaster in London on 2 December.
UK Van of the Year has announced the shortlists for the Industry Award categories of the inaugural UK Van of the Year (UK VOTY) Awards 2027. The awards ceremony is scheduled for 2 December at the Royal Lancaster hotel in London.
According to the organiser, the Industry Awards recognise businesses, innovations and individuals for their contributions to the light commercial community over the past year. They sit alongside separate Manufacturer Awards for vehicles and products.
Leasing, rental and remarketing
The Leasing and Finance Provider of the Year shortlist, sponsored by MAN Truck & Bus, is Alphabet (GB), Ayvens, Fraikin UK, Global Vans and Novuna Vehicle Solutions. Day's Rental, Enterprise Mobility, Europcar Vans & Trucks and Northgate Vehicle Hire are shortlisted for Rental Company of the Year. BCA, Manheim and Van Monster are shortlisted for Remarketing Company of the Year.
Converters and accessories
Converter of the Year, sponsored by Renault Trucks, has six names on its shortlist: Alloy Bodies, Bevan Group, Bott, Coolkit, CPD Bodies and Maxi Low (UK). The Aftermarket Accessories Award shortlist is Game Changer, Hope TD, Primus Seat Covers and Rhino Products.
Technology and innovation
Cameramatics, Chevin Fleet Solutions, Engineious, Fleetcheck and Modul-System are shortlisted for the Technology Award. Cameramatics and Chevin Fleet Solutions also appear on the Telematics Award shortlist, alongside Quartix.
The Green Innovation Award shortlist is Bri-stor Systems, Electric Van Company, Genie Insights, Northgate Vehicle Hire and Novuna Vehicle Solutions. Fleet Assist, Modul-System, TDS Ultra, The AA, Truckcraft Bodies and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK are shortlisted for the Innovation Award.
Dealers and people
Van Dealer of the Year, sponsored by Vansform, has four shortlisted dealers: eStar Truck & Van, Maxus North West, Rygor Group and Van Monster.
The Women in LCV shortlist, sponsored by Bott, is Karen Barnacle (Bri-Stor Systems), Kate Clay (eStar Truck & Van), Nikki Jones (Manheim UK), Toni Ward (MAN Truck & Bus UK) and Kate Ruberry-Shoemack (Rygor Group). Bri-stor Systems, Engineious, eStar Truck & Van and Ogilvie Fleet are shortlisted for the Wellbeing Award, which is sponsored by MAN Truck & Bus.
Service, security and graphics
The Customer Service Award shortlist is The AA, Bott, Mediafleet, Northgate Vehicle Hire, Ogilvie Fleet and Warranty Solutions Group. Locks4Vans, The AA and TVL Security are shortlisted for the Security and Insurance Award, and Aura Brand Solutions, Hex Graphics and Mediafleet for the Graphics Award.

Named sponsors of the 2027 awards include the AA, Commercial Vehicle Show, Euro NCAP, Renault Trucks, Vanecdotes Podcast, Van Reviewer, MAN, The Electric Van Company, bott, TDS Ultra, Mediafleet and Vansform. Several sponsors also appear on the shortlists. The AA is shortlisted in the Innovation, Customer Service, and Security and Insurance categories. Mediafleet is shortlisted for Customer Service and Graphics, TDS Ultra for Innovation, and The Electric Van Company for Green Innovation. Bott, which sponsors Women in LCV, is shortlisted for Converter of the Year and Customer Service. MAN Truck & Bus sponsors two categories, and one of its UK staff is on the Women in LCV shortlist.
