Ayvens announced that it is targeting 10% growth in its light commercial vehicle leasing segment between 2026 and 2029, as part of a new strategic plan.

The plan, unveiled as the PowerUP 2026 programme reaches its conclusion with the integration of ALD and LeasePlan, sets out targets for the years to 2029. Ayvens said it aims to grow its funded fleet by at least 3% over the period, gaining market share in selected segments.

Within that, the LCV segment carries a growth ambition of 10% over 2026 to 2029, with Ayvens projecting more than 580,000 vehicles in 2029, up from more than 530,000 in 2026. The plan also covers other segments, including used and retail leasing.

In retail, the growth ambition is 15% over the same period, taking that fleet to more than 900,000 vehicles in 2029 from 780,000 in 2026. In used-vehicle leasing, Ayvens is targeting a 13% compound annual growth rate over 2026 to 2029, reaching a fleet of more than 100,000 vehicles as a first milestone.

Philippe de Rovira, CEO of Ayvens, said: “I am pleased to share today Ayvens 2029 strategic plan.

“As the execution of the PowerUP 2026 plan is about to reach its successful conclusion with the integration of ALD and LeasePlan and the delivery of strong financial results, Ayvens will now enter into a new development phase based on resuming profitable growth and putting operational excellence at the heart of all our processes and actions.

“The execution of this strategic and financial roadmap will lead to strong value creation for all stakeholders and upgraded financial targets, notably a Return on Tangible Equity in the range of 14% to 16%.

“I would like to thank our employees for their unwavering commitment and professionalism to better serve our customers every day.”
